In Episode 2, we dive into how the idea for LeadrPro was developed. Chris realizes that in order to grow the number of customers the agency can service, they need to automate a proven but fragmented and manual process. What is currently taking 30 hours per week to service a single customer, can be done in 30 minutes through automation. This ultimately removes any growth restrictions and allows the company to service thousands of customers versus the current cap of 15-20. Like many startups, the idea for LeadrPro was born out of necessity.
