Still, that does not mean that the quality can vary significantly since the platform caters to freelancers of all skill levels and industries.

It conducts technical interviews, coding challenges, and thorough reference checks to ensure high-quality talent. While Upwork does offer some vetting features, it essentially leaves the responsibility of evaluating freelancers up to the client.
